She helped to build a campaign to launch the show apartments in The Heart building at MediaCityUK including projecting and managing a budget, procuring all the marketing material including a dedicated micro site, researching and placing a ‘teaser’ advertising and PR campaign building up to the launch and organising the event itself.

“Fiona designed for me a novel marketing pack in a tin! Actually it was a series of CD type booklets in a metal CD tin which were handed out by the selling agent. It certainly did the trick, the house was effectively sold off plan.

“Fiona also assisted in the interior design, advising on fabrics and designs for blinds and so on. For the interior photo shoot, she came along with her watering can (OK it was an ornament) and with lots of other touches which enhanced the images. All her contributions were values and indispensable for a developer who quite likes Magnolia emulsion.”
