Who We Are

Managing Director Fiona Woodward-Kelly qualified as an Interior Designer in 1987 from Napier University, Edinburgh and working for architects and interiors designers, both full time or freelance, was fantastic grounding for becoming part of property developers Urban Splash in 1993.

At is inception her creative but common sense approach to life was used to project manage and design the pioneering and innovative schemes and help build the business at Urban Splash as it employed more staff and grew across the region. Her skills were put to use designing the show apartments, the production of the marketing material, implementing the sales launch events and managing the selling process.

Instrumental in the development of the brand Fiona was made Group Sales and Marketing Director and shareholder in 1997 cementing her commitment to the expansion of pioneering and award winning Urban Splash. As the organisation grew her creative routes made it obvious for her to head up the marketing of all the schemes across country for both commercial and residential developments.

In 2007 Fiona decided to step to one side from Urban Splash and return to her creative roots setting up Woodward-Kelly & Co Ltd where she has been involved with many more developers, housing associations and private individuals across the region.
Woodward-Kelly & Co Ltd draw on a wealth of good contacts and like minded business's to provide skills and expertise as needed on a project by project basis.
